Attempting to add a new video recording and when I press submit it takes me a blank page that just says "empty".  This also affects modifying an existing recording.

This doesn't affect adding new audio recordings.

Forgot to update the file, can you please try again ?

Fixed now. Also found a bug that is no more. Please try and report back please
